As of July 31, 2026, we will discontinue the provision of the following additional licenses:

  • Large Meetings with up to 500 participants
  • Webinars with up to 1,000 or 3,000 participants

After August 1, it will no longer be possible to host meetings with more than 1,000 participants or webinars with more than 500 participants using Zoom with a UTokyo Account. For meetings and webinars scheduled to take place by Friday, July 31, 2026, applications for these additional licenses will continue to be accepted until noon on Friday, July 24, 2026. Please ensure that your application is submitted by this deadline, as late applications cannot be accepted.
